RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

At Musclehead Gear, all products are produced in limited quantities and many releases are offered as pre-orders. Please review our policy carefully before placing your order.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL

Due to the limited nature of our products, we do not offer refunds for incorrect sizing, buyer’s remorse, change of mind, or ordering errors.

EXCHANGES & STORE CREDIT

If you receive an item and require a different size, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

Exchanges are subject to inventory availability. If your requested size is unavailable, Musclehead Gear may issue store credit at its sole discretion.

Returned items must be:

• Unworn
• Unwashed
• Free of odors, stains, pet hair, and damage
• In original condition

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs on all exchange requests.

PRE-ORDER ITEMS

Pre-order items are produced specifically to fulfill customer demand and are therefore non-refundable once production has begun.

By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge that production and shipping timelines may vary.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

Refunds or replacement products will only be issued if:

• The item arrives damaged
• The item is defective
• The incorrect item was shipped

Claims must be submitted within 7 days of delivery and must include photos of the product and packaging.

If approved, Musclehead Gear will provide a replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion.
